    That's strange with the 1.75, but I guess it being braided and having a more slippery feel makes sense.

    Lukesteg tested the 1.2 techline with the micro linelocs and said it works but not that well. Maybe a half hitch would solve that?

    I use the 1.25 z line as my ridgeline in both my hammocks. I like it but would reiterate that the 1.25 z line is not uber abrasion resistant. Thus I use 1.5 z line as my tie outs without issue. No experience with the tech line, but I've been looking at it.

    just got my 1.2 techline.

    i thought i was impressed when i got my hands on zingit...
    but this stuff is like wire. pretty amazing.

    .45 oz. per 50 ft. is nice. need to do some prussik tests with it on itself.

    at half the weight of 1.75 zingit- i hope i can make it work
    with my current guyline protocol.

    from what i've read on this thread... the techline appears to be more burly than the zline 1.25 stuff.-- but i can't say that for sure since its still hanked up in the bubble mailer
