That was awesome MM, now that is a lake you've got access to and a lot of freedom with campsites by the look of it which is great, I'm dreaming of some island camping sometime. Are the gators friendly!? do they like steak toothose cypress trees are amazing, they look quite ancient, I'm wondering how old they are? and I'm a bit scared to ask but is poof her real name...

Phantom! You rock! Not in the Mirage this time...we used the wee little Wilderness System Tsunamis-they are beater boats but surprisingly quick and can stow enough for 3-4 days if no kitchen sink.
Everybody we talked to saw gators the day before we started and while we were on the paddling trip but we didn't see any. I wanted to see on basking on a bank-grew up with them in southern florida and had one yearly as a pet when I was 8-12 years old-it was legal then to own them.

Verrrry nice, medicineman! I like thoughs BIG trees that are growing right on the water. You can even paddle around amongst them. I hate bugs! You can have those fire ants too! Perfect kayaking weather and a really nice place to paddle! Good time of year for kayaking too. I have been and will be using mine a bit, in the next couple of months. Thanks for the video, medicineman! Kayaking and hammocking are made for each other.

Poof got her trailname by once seemingly like magic producing a place to stay after a long day of travel.
Here, poof is also used to describe something like a magic trick, when there is a small puff of smoke... do trick... powf (just like in the thumbnail you attached). But, it’s said the same way you say poof, it sounds like there is a “w” after the o – powf. Poof, on the other hand, is said the same way the word “look” is said, with the use of the two oos. Remove the l and k in the word look, and replace them with p and f. Same word pronounced differently gives it two meanings. Oh and, the word poof (said with the oo not the ow) is also used as the name of a certain kind of foot stool, a kind of chair for your feet.
