Maybe Tinney will get to try a good UQ and be converted......
Someone send that man some "downy goodness" to start his conversion to the light side.

Besmirch!!! Nice use of the word, way to expand our vocabulary AS. I recall from a parenting class I took years ago that the best way of extinguishing a behavior is to ignore it. I too have concerns about the video. I won't watch it anymore, won't spend anymore energy on it. I will lay in my toasty warm down insultex combo underquilts this winter and ponder the stars. Besmirching saps my cosmic consciousness.

I'm new to hammock camping, but not camping. I watched Tinny's video before reading this tread. And what I got from his video was... What he is playing with, how he is using it & what results he is getting.
He is spending his time & money. And giving info to all of us. FOR FREE !! So, let him be !
And for me...you can not beat mother nature, at her own game !
DOWN is the way to go !!

I can see the WM CCF pads to freezing. But 1/8" pads in a hammock to zero F? Who is doing that?

He seems he struck a nerve. I see a lot of negative comments, which seems unusual.

Yours was the first post in 10 months. Seems to be a dead issue.
