Pad pocket dimensions (Jungle or Expedition)

    Greetings!

For those who have experienced or owned one of Mr. Claytor's fine hammocks, I'd like to inquire to the size of pad/mat that would fit into the double bottom pad pocket area.

Width and length aren't of grave concern, those numbers I've been able to find. I'm interested more in how thick the pocket's pad/mat allowance is. For CCF pads it doesn't seem like a big deal, they're usually thin enough. What about when using natural insulation or something like a Exped Downmat? (The Downmat 7 achieves a thickness of 2.8" according to manufacturer specs)

    Cheers.

You shouldn't have any trouble putting anything in there; it's open along most of one side. An air mattress should fit no problemo.
