Summer or 3 season Jarbridge river?

How can I tell if I have a Summer Jarbridge river or a 3 season? I bought both of mine from our For Sale section and just realized they can be bought both ways.

I was looking on the AHE website and the woodland camo is not even an option for a Jarbridge river anymore?
Both of mine are Woodland camo and coyote.

Any assist would be appreciated. Either way, they will get used in the lower 50's in 10 days.

the 3 season is fairly thick.
the 1 season is noticeably thin and has a lot of floppy outer fabric since he uses the same shell dimensions with just thinner insulation.

if the insulation is an inch an a half to 2 inches thick, its 3 season.

the 1 season is comparable to a poncho liner in thickness.

I'll be at the hang next weekend, I have two 3 season jarbridges, so you can compare if you wish.

You probably have the 3-season. If you bought them during the anniversary sale I'm fairly confident the only ones for sale were the 3-season for $80.

Great purchase btw, very warm and easy to adjust. I wish I had bought one for my girlfriend

I have a Jarbridge River made with 3 oz Climashield, custom made as my summer quilt. It was not a standard option when I purchased it. It weighs about 13 oz (don't have my list on me right now). If yours weights about this much it is a "Summer" quilt. If it weights closer to 20 oz, it is more likely a 3-Season.

FWIW, I have had my Summer quilt down to the low 40s with no CBS; I might be able to push it to the upper 30s. My target temp for this is 45°, that way I have a 5°-7° comfort buffer.

    Hope that helps.

In total I think we have made only 1 or 2 of the 1 season J's. It's pretty well guaranteed that you have a 3 season.

I would have to do some digging in the records to find the exact number but I can only think of a couple of them in the 1S. We have done maybe 6-8 1S Lost Rivers and again only a couple of New Rivers in 1S, No Potomac's to my memory, and I don't remember any Owyhee's.

I have the only 1 season FlameThrower set in my personal gear that may or may not go to production...still pondering that one.

This is a DUH moment for me, but I guess I could have just asked the previous owners.
But the thread has now excited some useful info for the board. Thanks to all that posted up. By the guidelines given....they are both 3 season. Thanks again. I can't wait to use these guys.
