    HH Whoopie Sling Question

Quick question...I've had a HF member who has volunteered to make a set of whoopie slings for me for my HH Explorer Deluxe.

From what I've understood, most of the time you need a larger sized fixed loop to go on the HH hammocks?

Could anyone provide me with some recommended dimensions for whoopies for an HH ED?

    Thanks in advance...you guys ROCK!

Here's a great video, done by Opie from whoopieslings.com, on putting whoopies on a HH.

The larger fixed eye is for the way the HH are whipped, so to speak.

So if I follow that right, it looks to me like the fixed loop itself doesn't need to be any bigger, but the lead going between the fixed loop and the point where the tail comes out of the bury needs to be long enough to allow for a couple of wraps and a time or two through the hammock body where it's gathered.

Anyone have recommendations on what that length should be?

Make the fixed loop. Then attach the sling to the hammock before doing the adjustable loop bury. I started the bury very close to the end of the sling for max adjustablity. That way you don't have to worry about the spacing.
