    Ohhhhh yeahhhhh!

Sorry for the lack of full-body lounging shots. This was a solo trip so I'm afraid you only get to see my grungy feet (which in thinking about it isn't necessarily a bad thing).

BurningCedar, it looks like you got your footrest and pants from the same bolt of cloth--nice match. Yes, even from that angle it is easy to see that this is a fine piece of kit!

    It arrived today.

My buddy claimed it as his.

Gargoyle, he wants to know if you can make him one of those footrests he keeps hearing about.

Seriously, this thing is great. I'm about to boot the doll -- er, action figure -- out of it and try it on my Traveler.

Really a quality piece of gear. Timing is good too as I'm planning a trip this weekend to Paddy Creek Wilderness.

And now Shane and I can now make all the other kids jealous at Eagle Rock Loop later this month

    Thanks Gargoyle!
Gargoyle - forgot to say thanks for getting the footrest out to me! Love it!

Burningcedar - I worry about those other kids trying to take over our toys after they see how comfy we are vs. them on the ground.

Thanks Gargoyle, I really like the foot rest that I have. It definitely adds some comfort while lounging in the hammock with my feet over the side, perfect for when I have dirty feet and don't want them in my hammock. When it come time for bed I find it make a very useful gear hammock. I've tried other gear hammocks but find them to big and cumbersome and always in the way. This is so small I forget it's even there and hangs out of the way under the hammock. It's a perfect size for a water bottle and a few other odds and ends. Being so light weight this will be a permanent attachment to my hammock!
