Definitely check the formula for cell B20 (=B18 + B9). The baffle width on the inner will stay consistent across the UQ - no need to add the baffle height on the inner outside chamber. Should just be (= B18).

I don't know whats wrong but I just inputted the dimensions of a 78*46 underquilt and it calculated I need .14 oz of down. I don't think its working quite right or am I doing something wrong?

I think I see the problem. Someone has changes the formulas in the brown squares.

If there is not way to lock or secure the engine with google docs spreadsheet, maybe it would be wise to include as comment cells several trial inputs and expected outputs. Then, the user can check the integrity of the engine before depending on it for her own inputs.
In addition: A comment cell or cells can contain duplicates of all formulae. Nobody has reason to tamper with those, as might happen in an effort to change the assumptions of the model.
That written expecting that changes to formulae by users are inadvertent.
Roll back the changes to fix it..
Fixed the offending calc - should be working now.

Whats the outside chamber width inner/outer fabric for?
Inner is likely just for reference.
As for the outer, the outer most chambers will have to account for the "side wall" length of the quilt. This length is roughly equivelent to the baffle height. Consider it this way, the baffles create a sort of "T" for each chamber then to terminate the quilt at the sides some length is added to the each outer chamber. kinda like this, TT7
On the width inner fabric column 14 B, should this input be the same as column 10 B, or should it account for an extra seam allowance? I understand the need for extra width on the outer fabric, but the inner fabric calc is confusing me! The field in Column 15 B automatically populates and adds an additional width to the inner fabric length in column 11 b which unless an additional width of fabric is needed other than the seam, it looks like its adding extra unnecessary widths!
Heck long story short why doesn’t 14 B automatically populate? If my width is 42 then what should I input in 14 B?
