Motorcycling and hammocking: Two of my favorite things.

    Sounds like a great time.

OK Mac, I remembered I snapped this shot at home before I pulled out of the backyard...and before my phone died!

I use stacked Swiss Army bread bags exclusively. Fits both Thumper and Airhead.

I'm so relieved to see that it really did happen!

I wanna go ridin' with you'uns!

Soon I'll have two completely different sets of wheels, sprockets and chains on Thumper, so that I can have a low geared setup with knobby tires for off the road, and a high geared setup with street tires for on the road. Meanwhile, Airhead's starter died, and it desperately needs an electronic ignition kit.

Re moto camping; I'll post pics of my set up (in the donating section) toward the end of the month when it is all sorted out. I am adding Wolfman Rolie bags to the Adventure Spec crash bars to give a bit more storage than just the Happy Trail Tetons allow. I plan on laying out the hammock camp and all other gear on the RV pad and then an after of it all in the bike...kinda like the backpacking types do here.

We should start a show us your moto camp/bike thread in the HF basement so as not to make the hammock gods unhappy.

Why, that looks just like my li'l airhead prior to departure for Florida!

Wait until you see Thumper carrying an asymetric load of bread bags... can't hang 'em to starboard or they'll burn up on the exhaust pipe!
