I have one. The company name is Outdoor Products, and they make a range of sizes, of which this is the smallest. $10 for a PU coated tarp is good, two sewn together is a 10x7 for $20. The coating is relatively light, so probably not a very high Hydrostatic head, but should be OK if well sloped and its not continuous rain for a few days. I have it in my day pack as an emergency shelter for one. That to keep the rain off, space blanket to keep warm, safe and warm for $15 or so.
I have seen it as well. Its made by outdoor products, not ozark trails, and IMO, it sucks. The material feels like those disposable plastic table cloths you buy by the roll, and it has brass grommet that I would bet you $20 will tear out the first time a wind comes in.
I got one for ground campin'. It's a nice little tarp for what it is.
