    when you say 6inch baffles you really mean chambers... baffles are the wall in between your chambers

    i would make your chambers as small as you can ... if your chambers are too big the down will move around more and create cold spots i like mine 5inch max
    why not go 8 5inch chambers ...
    also if your looking to go into the teens you might want to make your baffles alittle higher maybe 2.5-3inch and up the down to 8oz 1oz per chamber ... with a differential cut of a half inch that should give you 4inch of loft and get you into the teens... or even make 9 5inch chambers and use 9oz of down...

    2 inch baffles will get you about 25-30F ..
    just something to think about
