I saw an episode of Survivorman the other day. The scenario was a hot air baloon ride in africa that crashed. He scavenged a lot of rope and the baloon material and whipped a hammock. He said it was a great way to sleep!

I kinda liked the "cat deterrent". Could also double as a stove.
We talked about this on another thread before I think. He also whipped the ends like a lot of us do as well. It was a good episode.

haha was this the one where he urinated around camp to keep the "big cats" away. That was less than desirable, but still a good episode.
