It's says ENO on the stuff sack and the attached info packets etc. I was also wondering if maybe there were made in the same factory since they look so similar. Mine is "made in Indonesia". Not sure where GTs are made.

There was also a thread on here somewhere where the OP claimed they were able to soften their ENO fabric by gently washing and tumble drying.

Or maybe it's all just a coincidence.

    Ticket to the moon hammock

    Hi ,
all this hammock are made from parachute nylon silk , the difference is the
quality and the elasticity of the nylon > ..

As manufacturer and brand we are using the first grade of nylon with the best specification , you can order from our web site the color combination of your choice .

You will receive the hammock the next week .

    Enjoy hammocking

I know there are hammock bliss double and trek light and ticket to the moon and probly more of the same type. I was just wondering if anyone knows if they are all pretty much the same?

The coloured sections were all equal so you'd end up laying on the seams. The seams themselves were only single stitched as well.

If they are made by more well known companies and are in the same vicinity in price, then there is not much difference from my experience.
I have a Vivere dbl. Couldn't be happier with it. My seams are triple stiched and I don't lay on them and I'm over 6'.

I don't know, but the Grand Trunk parachute I picked up (OK, forced to pick up after forgetting my hammock on a trip!) is the most comfortable I've tried. I like my Warbonnet Blackbird and Traveler. And the Dutchware I tried was OK. But this GT is now my goto hammock. Crazy comfortable. Not so heavy after swapping out the ropes, adding a WB buckle suspension, and using Camp Nano 22 biners.

It just had a nice soft, somewhat stretchy material that cradles me just right. And not nearly as much static as my others.

LOL! I give him credit for searching instead of making a new thread. BTW, what should I get? HG or UGQ? What temp UQ should I get?

I have a GT ultralight and don't mind it. It's taken a fair amount of abuse from kids playing in it to being pitched taught with a ratchet strap (before I was enlightened by HF), but it is still going strong. Being so cheap its not a huge deal to replace it every so often if needed. A longer one may be more comfortable, but i'm only 5'9" so it doesn't bother me and still beats sleeping on the ground. Also shorter hammock = shorter tarp = less fabric = cheaper.
