I'm another who brings a set of sleep wear. I like having something cleaner to go to bed in after washing up.

In the summer, I air out what I wore and sleep in a silk top and possibly bottoms. In Winter it is smart wool and whatever else I have if needed. I also have a sleeping bag liner to keep the down bag clean. I dont bring extra day clothes! No Skypainter, it aint from Victoria Secret!!!

I've always just slept in my hiking clothes. I also use my rain pants/coat as an additional layer if I get cold. If its gonna be a few days I will wash my hiking clothes and hang em up to dry and wear my rain gear to bed. My rain gear is breathable BTW so its no burden to wear as clothes. Airing out the nether regions at night after washing up will prevent the monkey butt to some extent. (some gold bond powder don't hurt either)
