Ordered mine at 5pm (est) on Thursday, recieved a shipping notice at 11pm and recieved them on Monday. I quickly watched the videos on the website and installed and hanging in 10 minutes. Amazing how much easier it was to get a perfect hang with these. That's just beyond crazy customer service.
