well, there went my new Blackbird!

I had my new Warbonnet for all of a day. havent even gotten it set up good and proper before someone stole it. seriously, i got it in the mail saturday, set it up that afternoon in the blistering heat for about 10 minutes.

I had to go to a friends house to make a bracket for my motorcycle and on the way home, stopped off for something to drink at the gas station. because im polite i leave the gloves and backpack on the bike (stations around here dont like them) and go in. when i get out, the pack is gone.

talked to the cops, filed a report. hammock is gone. really miffed right now, slightly depressed.

so heres a pic of a neat place to hang. under another kinda big hammock...of sorts.

UPDATE!!!: A nice Gentleman on here PM'd me less than an hour after reading this and has offered to send me his unused WBBB. I can not express how thankful i am for hid kindness! now im only trying to replace gear that was in the bag as well. now i can save up for a Camo Superfly instead of having to buy another BB!

karmas a brat. so my consoling thought was that someone was homeless and now theyll have a something to pass out in. if they figure it out.

yeah GT, cop said the chances of that turning up are even less likely since it was a hammock, not really a pawnable item and most cops wouldnt know what to look for anyways. i just want to bang my head against a wall.

right now, i cant afford much of anything. WB did great by me getting this to me, and he didnt steal it! ha. this took up all my "fun money" and some not so fun moneys to boot
