Exclamation Silly question from a newish hanger

Ok, just got back from a multi nighter and have a question... I have a Hennessy Hex tarp and cant figure out how to store it in my pack. i can't fold it, in an effective manner, because of it's shape. What should i do? I was thinking stuff sack but wasn't 100% sure. Like Johnny5 said, NEED INPUT.

I've always just stuffed my gear into stuff sacks loosely so when it is in the pack it molds better and allows the empty spaces in the pack to fill. I was told early on that repeated foldings could cause preamture wear in the area of the folds. Don't know if it's 100% true but that's what I was taught and have done ever since.

Lately for my tarps I have acquired "snake skins" or "tarp skins" for my tarps. They make deploying and packing a little easier and neater.

You can use snake skins and kinda bundle it up into a sausage like shape and stuff it in your pack.

Some people use the snake skins and attach the tarp to the outside of their pack.
