I have the WBBB with adjustable straps and I just removed the straps and attached my whoopie slings to the triangles for the straps. Do you think that will cause my whoopie slings to abraid? Should I just change out the triangles as well?

I'd get rid of them, one less thing to go wrong I suppose

If you leave the triangles on will they act as a drip loop?? Or will the amsteel degrade at the buckles?

i completely removed the original loop with the triangles and replaced it with a buried continious loop (12") attach the whoppie by means of a dutch biner,( you could use a soft shakle or a 1100 lb biner).
