Last time I was there was with a group of young men from our church. They loved the lake and the "water slide" on the spillway!

Haha yea! I actually didnt get any pictures....my phone died! My friend has camped there all his life and he said the only thing that has changed is that they ripped up the dock with the diving board on it. The waterslide was fun though.

As for the trip it was good.....very hot and muggy. I slept great from about mid night to 6 am then it started getting hot again. If you decided you want to spend a night there in your hammock call and reserve spot PC20. Its the only spot with out neighboring spots and is near right on the woods and and easy hammock set up spot!

Also, it isn't run by the state anymore. They almost closed it, but a group of men stepped in and took over. It is still ran very well and was insanely clean...no trash or anything the whole time we were there.
