And Sinus infection. It seems to me you are suffering from that. Take a teaspoon of ground Fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum, the main ingredient in curry) with your food morning, noon and evening (or drink it as a tea and eat the sediment). Within a few days your symptoms will be gone. Do that for a week and you should be fine.

I had Sinus infection some years ago. I regularly had pains especially when getting cold on my head and I could feel liquid running to and fro inside the sinuses. Had the symptoms for about 1 ½ years. A friend told me about the use of Fenugreek seeds. A week on that and I haven’t had the problem since then. Also did the trick for my brother and a girlfriend.

Finally got to see this installment....a return to mastery o'Shugemery of Hades. The forced stermutaion was pleasant compared to the pink brain gravy! Good to see Stormcrow saying 'it's allright' very nonchalantly about that awesome tarp, such a demur gentlement he is. I've been to Sitting Bear too many times to count but never did this trail...thanks for planting a seed and watering it with phospholipids mixed with saline HA
