Looks awesome!
That's one tarp where putting the ridgeline under the tarp might actually help structurally, since from the video, the sag you're getting looks to mainly a function of the size and weight of the vast amount of material you got there. But it looks truly palatial, and would be awesome for those wanting not only a little more coverage, but some privacy as well. Might even be able to convince my wife to hang under a tarp like that.
Good Job I like the corner work and pullouts very nice!
Good idea. Looks like you got what you wanted,,always a good feelin. Now you just need a little stove .

Thanks WV, I've got a soft spot for the canoe country myself.
Thank you Stan, she's only 10.5'x11' but she sure feels huge.
Thanks Bubba. Lots of thought went into the design, even made a prototype from polytarp and duct tape.
Thanx Kayt, I think she's fashionable and functional.
Yep, may have to try to put the RL under it once and see how that goes. I have to start on one for my wife now. She looks at me like I'm half crazy ( only half?) when I start these projects but when I'm done she usually wants one too.
Thank you sswens, corners were a lot of extra work but they came out nice.
I've thought about a stove, but I'd like a canvas shelter for a stove... maybe someday.
Good luck,

Just weighed it and with a handful of 10' pieces of zing-it and a couple bits of bungee here and there she came in at 27.75 oz.

Randy : yea but just remember yer roots and where ya come from....you got Hennessy in yer blood son......
Very nice work there Red.
