To bad it was a failed quest somebody is going to love that thermometer - the lost might not be found, but experiences are gained, which of course is priceless

Take care of that leg feller! You gotta keep hiking.
Awesome thunder....it is so fun to be out there in it as we spend to much time trying to get out of storms in real life.

Your countryside is very similar to here in the UK

Yeah, both are old viking lands.

Sorry to hear your quest wasn't fulfilled, but it looks like a great trip nonetheless. I wish you and your feet a speedy recovery!

    Thanks for the vid, Torben.

    Good stuff.

Well, tell you what. If ever you get to the Kingdom of Denmark, and if you want me to, I will do my best to make your stay a pleasant one.

I am fine again. I think the 21 km. on the first day did the damage. And by the way I stated towards the end of the video that the hike was 6o miles. I confused miles with km. The hike was something like 66 km.
As for the next hike I am waiting on 3 DK HF members to get ready.
    Get going Bomber.

Well BA ... totally enjoyed being taken along on your trip. Sorry for your leg ... hope it heals up fast. What a fantastic part of the world you live in. Beautiful wooded farm lands ... sea ports ... thanks for sharing!

Beautiful country, sorry about sore feet and lost thermometer. you might want to consider some light trail shoes instead of boots. I like to wear the Merrell Moab Ventilator shoes, here is a link:
