    Sleeping Position

How flat can I get in a DD Travel Hammock? Can I sleep on my side? How stable is the hammock?

Being 6feet/255pounds, it took me a few test runs on my DD Travel hammock to find the right amount of slack.Taunt was the way to go. Now I am able to toss and turn comfortably

There is not an inch too much space in the hammock!

Oh and by the way, I am not fat, just big boned
If it would be easy, everybody would be doing it

DD advertises to hang the hammock very tight. Which we know, is not the way.
I'm 6 feet 8 and I lie very stable, with just enough space and am able to lie on my side, although not for too long, mostly in the morning.

From a few Youtube videos, it seems like the hammock wraps around your shoulders a little. Is this accurate?

hang it a little less tight, with more sag. that should get rid of the shoulder wrap

me, being 6ft1, sleep very feel on my side and my back. on the back i climb a bit higher to the head end, for the side-sleep i sink more to the middle. don't hang your dd to tight. just horizontal with no tension on it is the right sag for me. ( after i sat on it and took the stretch out). good luck.

I toss and turn all night and have not falen out yet

I started off with the hammock very tight but have slacked it off and now have installed a perminate ridge line and have it set to a lot of sag, it is very much a case of each to they own. try it a few differant ways and see what you like.
