    Wow - what an adventure! A shame about the knife, but pretty incredible wildlife sightings - we are all lucky that you had a camera handy! I've seen (and taken pictures of) plenty of eagles, but never a bear!
    Have you ever kayaked around the gulf islands? Amazing shorelines and wildlife (no bears though)!
