Due in part to their great reputation, quality of quilts and excellent customer service, I will soon be the proud owner of a Summer Burrow and a Phoenix UC. I am so pumped. Now I will be hanging in style!

Adam and Jenny have been absolutely awesome to deal with. From responding promptly to my emails, providing me with extra info to help inform me on what I need for different temperature conditions and sleeping bag ratings, to speaking with Adam directly a couple days ago, these two answered all of my questions and really provided some exceptional customer service. There is something really cool about getting to speak to the folks that are actually making your gear, and knowing that they are even more keen to get out in the woods than you are!

Can't wait to get my hands on that Phoenix, got my shipping notice today!

I can't even say enough good about the customer service and product I have received on all my orders from them. Best Cottage industry ever imho.

Can't wait to get my Summer Phoenix, Summer Incubator and Summer Burrow in and play with them. I talked with Adam but my question is; what did you guys do to get to talk to Jenny? I feel left out.

Can't speak on the customer service, since I bought my 3S Phoenix from someone on the forums, but the quality of the product is unparrelled.

I had met Adam before at one of Ed Speers hangout and finally got to met his better half at Trail Days. Both are great folks and will work with you to solve your problems. IMO they are the best!!!

Well JaxHiker your powers of persuasion are MUCH stronger than mine...you win this one. Mine is enroute and you will get yours first but then I am not planning a hike on the AT or more like the PCT ever let alone soon.

Received my 3S Incubator and Burrow this week. Beautifully constructed pieces.

Hopefully the weekend will bring some cooler testing weather to play in
