    Good week....

===> My New River UQ from Paul at Arrowhead arrived yesterday! Awesome workmanship, to the tiniest detail. Every stitch, every loop was perfect!

Now this morning, I get a message from Brandon that my Warbonnet BB has shipped! *DROOL*!!

Then I verify I have the time off both jobs for the Mass Hangin'!

This has started-out to be a great week!

    Bring on the summer!!!

Umm...you do know that the wait for that Warbonnet love to arrive is going to be BRUTAL, don't you? Well, I'm glad it's a good week because it will be one of the longest of your life!

I know, I know ..... that is why I was futzing around swapping-out the suspensions on my HH Exped Asym this weekend..... gave me some 'hammock tweaking' time (and a good hammock nap, to boot!). I will be spending time taking out all the other gear for the hang, deciding what to bring, and what else I would like to buy! I see a new TQ in the immediate future ......

I'll keep my fingers crossed the hammock comes before the MA hang! Congrats on the new purchases.

    That would be Clan Warbonnet.

    Now we need a tartan.

====> Now, THAT is worth considering! LOL!

Are we a "Clan", or more of a "Flock"?? The 'Birdmen are coming! The 'Birdmen are coming!!

I think we may need a ceremonial, yet significant feather for each of us to hang from the ridgeline at hangs!

I suggest green, brown, and gray- not unlike some of the 'ancient' or 'hunting' tartans- 1 main color and some smaller inset stripes to break-up the straight lines of the pleats..KM(who had a scottish grandmother, but from a lowlands family, alas)

Yuppers on the hunting tartans! L D (ret) who is of Clan Scott (Sir Walter) and while we were also lowlanders we were border Scotts. The big question is; if we start Clan WB do we get to raid the other hammock owners and especially the ground dwelling types!? Y'all know steal their stuff and rough them up a bit?

An affectionate head butt to y'all.
