    unthreading whoopie sling

After some use, I have decided that I want my whoopie sling bury to be farther out on the hammock line.. I wanted to know if you thought there was a problem for me to unthread the bury and place it a foot higher up the line?

    thanks

Shouldn't be any problem. We've made and unmade Whoopies many times to reconfigure with no problems. The entry and exit points of the old bury may look rather "strange" if the whoopie has been used heavily, but we've still not had any problems. YMMV

Same experience here. I have redone slings many times with no ill effects. As long as the fibres are intact with no fraying or loose strands, there shouldn't be any problems.

You should be able to do that with no problem.
