I'm thinking of ordering one especially if it is jungle hammock without the netting. Can anyone has both confirm that? the specs at the web site are the same for length and width. Does it have the double bottom? Is the rigging the same? Same material? Does it hang any differently than the net version?

I ended up with two jungle hammocks becaus the first one had some minor defects and Tom sent me a second free of charge, but it would be great to lighten the load for those periods when a net is not needed.

    Looking forward to your reviews.

Still no no-nets for Mule. Tom said if I don't get them by next week he will send more. These were for friends. I ordered them for them, they had no credit card, so they are wondering what's going on.
Predictions are risky, especially when it comes to the future.

I can't answer all your questions as I don't have a Jungle. I can confirm that it has a double bottom and has a channel at the ends of the hammock for the rope to run through. Both of the layers are the same material, although I don't know exactly what it is made of? I haven't weighed it but the site says1 lb. It feels alot heavier! My speer weighs 17 oz and this hammock is noticably heavier. Hope this helps and maybe someone can fill in the details.
