I started out by saying "that's all I am going to talk about tents....because there lame."

Now now, despite the sometimes incredibly hammo-centric talk on this forum the important thing is to identify the right tool for the job. Tarp, tent, hammock, cabin, cowboy, etc - all have their various advantages and drawbacks.
