How do you keep the whoopie sling from pulling through itself? I buried the end, but its the loop itself I'm refering to!
Thanks

Put a bead of some sort on the loop before making the bury.
A 1.5 inch section of amsteel buried just where the loop exits the bury works well. I like this over the bead because it does not move.

Don't let life get in the way of living.
Nu,
I have a 2 and 4 year old and I am familiar with this issue.
I just wrapped an 1/8" piece of double sided Velcro around the adjustable loop making a "bead" of sorts after the fact.
I permanently attached my toggles to the adjustable loop with a short piece of reflective cord (idea borrowed from another HF post). It keeps the loop from pulling through and/or losing my toggles. Actually, I've got two different colors so I can tell the head/foot ends apart without pulling the hammock out of the snakeskins.
A quick but non-elegant fix is to just take short section of line and tie a loop around one leg of the whoopie loop.
