Try some earplugs.

And if you decide to go this way, spend the money at an audiologist to have a custom pair made. You will find the sleep to be comfortable with a well built set. I use these always on the motorcycle and so in camp they are with me anyway.

Me? I love the sound of rain on a fly (tin roof is the best) and running streams etc. It's unnatural or sudden (like Coyotes) etc that get me.
