I recently bought a quart? bottle at WW. The bottle was clear and the OMS were clear. I went back for more, too coat my big tarp with, so I bought a gallon. The bottle was white, not clear. Didn't think anything about it. Today, I put the silicone into a container to mix it, opened the MS and poured it out. It was WHITE, almost like milk. I thought maybe it would dry clear, and since the silicone was already in the air, I proceeded to to mix. The final mix was thick, I added more of the MS, it didn't thin it at all. I put a little on some fabric to "test", it was almost like the grade school white glue. I was able to wipe it off. Went back to the container and it was even worst. Any ideas as to what happened? The wrong stuff in the bottle from manufacture? Or wrong label? I don't know. But, tomarrow, back to buy a CLEAR bottle, so I can see whats inside.
Just thought I would put this out, so no one else has this problem, and waste their money on having to buy more MS and sil.
