If your structure ridgeline is getting wet, I think you have bigger problems (unless it is frost)

I believe he was talking about making guy lines for his tarp.

    Thanks for the clarification.

I still believe they're excellent at customer service though.

Thanks AS. Rainman, I have never had a problem communicating with him. He is very quick to answer any questions. He ships his product very quickly and his products are outstanding. Again, I will highly recommend him.

If you go to the online store, there is a place to contact him.

I use Expeds 2mm Dyneem cord which is black with reflective bits in, not sure if you can find it over there but it's worth a look.

Not where I bought mine but this is the stuff ...

I've been using hollow core plainer board line I bought at Basspro http://www.basspro.com/Planer-Board-.../16013/-574086 a couple of years ago for my tarp guy lines - it's cheap and works great. Very easy to splice. I have made enough of the Just Jeff/Opie varieties that I now have them on 3 of my main tarps - no more switching out depending on which tarp I plan on taking with me.

I've been used mason line and the thin amsteel.

Opie is a standout guy. Great service, great product. If memory serves, he is the origninal creator and definite innovator on the the subject.
I like big hammocks - I cannot like.
