    Yes it can but it's not recommended as it may fray.There are supposed to be a bottom too, but I made a miscalculation in the length of Paracord

    don't get me wrong here. but this seems to be a situation where the cool factor out weighs the practicle. Duct tape might be a better choice and cover more blisters.
