prototype blackbishop daypack

This is a prototype for a top and bottom drawstring bag that will act as a black bishop/ ridge line bag or peak bag/ day hike pack for when you don't break camp. Yes this was the leg off of a nylon pair of addidas workout pants the shoulder straps I canabalized off of an old camelback. I plan on remaking the entire thing to add a lil' mesh for some pockets on the side. This one is a little large. its got my hammock, tarp, blanket and pillow to fill it out for the photo.

No to put a fine point on it, but a Bishop Bag only has one draw. The other end is simply a very small opening like a grommet or button hole.

What you have is a double-closure bag.

Neat idea with a pack. Nice re-use of materials!
