    Motorcycle Camping

Hi everyone. Last year I discovered Motorcycle camping. I was using a small tent and inflatable mattress. A short while back, I saw a photo of someone motorcycle camping with a hammock and was instantly hooked. I just got a HH and have only set it up once in the backyard for a couple of hours. I can't wait to spend a night in it.

This site has been a wealth of info so far. Thanks everyone.

Yup, they're working on planning a spring hang down your way, little farther south I think, you'll want to get in on that thread and see if you can meet up with folks. I've got two week long events schedualed for this year or I'd think about trying.

Ready to jump in and get your feet wet? We have the
1st Annual Florida Hang January 21-24
    Check out the thread. [urlhttp://www.hammockforums.net/forum/showthread.php?t=26264[/url]

We have two bikers headed in, one from Chattanooga, Tn and another from NW Florida. Its ONLY 399 miles south of you. Will be nearly 50 people there and plenty of hammocks.

I also plan to do some long distance camping this spring and summer on my bike.
