Added myself to the WA column. Unsure if others areas are keeping theirs alphabetically sorted, but it's kinda nice.

I know it got deleted, but then I swore someone was going to (or did) rebuild it. Help! Who knows for sure?
YEAH! Thank you. There are several of us who volunteer to take care of our own state's column and we will help resort other states as well. Speaking of, we don't have an organizer for Washington yet. Interested?

We welcome two more volunteer state column organizers! Thanks for helping PopcornFool and Salt! (serendipitous how your names coordinate. Maybe there is a Butter_Lover out there who can join us?)

May I ask what exactly "column organizers" are doing?
Asking because I'm something of a hobbyist when it comes to building and automating Sheets for managing various volumes of data, but I don't want to suggest anything that might automate anybody out of a job.
There aren't any hard and fast set job responsibilties. I recently came up with some loose ones to help guide our newest column organizers. If you see any ways to improve, please write to Flatline since the spreadsheet is his baby.
Here's what I came up with:
1. Get familiar with how the spreadsheet is laid out and take a look at your state's column.
2. If anybody is listed twice, just delete one.
3. Check your state column at least once a season (4 times a year) Frequency is totally up to you
4. If you see any new names at the bottom of the column or any blank spaces, then re-sort it
5. When I see a new member (from my state), I automatically add them to the sheet
6. Whenever I post in the HF Member Dispersal Spreadsheet thread I always include the spreadsheet's link so others don't have to search for it.
7. Once you are comfortable sorting data, feel free to help re-sort other columns who don't have anybody.

If you are a new member (or a seasoned member) and want to make sure your name is added to your state/providence list, then go here:

I use it to find people who live near me.
