Where is the best place to get silnylon with the bigges selection of colors?
Where is the best place to get silnylon with the bigges selection of colors?
I've used Seattle Fabrics before, they've always had a really good selection of colors in both 30d and 70d.
Well, depending on what color you're looking for, there are several places with really outstanding prices. Noah Lamport has $3/yd. stuff, just call them to see what colors they've got.
Scott Littlefield at Backwoods Daydreamer has some sweet coyote brown sil right now, as well as gray and blue, IIRC.
Then there are the regulars that are more expensive, OWF, RockyWoods, Quest Outfitters, The Rainshed. There's a few others, but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
Hope that helps.

It's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
Formerly known as Acercanto, my trail name is MacGuyver to some, and Pucker Factor to others.
It's not procrastinating, its proactively delaying the implementation of the energy-intensive phase of the project until the enthusiasm factor is at its maximum effectiveness. - Randy Glasbergen

Tis a good thread - but I like to enjoy backpacking stealth style.... there has to be a way to get the other Camo HD products for better stealth in Coated Ripstop... these manufactures do not have it - yet. I did see the digital camo...
There was an Old Man with a owl,

He sat on a rail, And imbibed bitter ale,
Which refreshed that Old Man and his owl.WOO
For some reason, the heavier the fabric, the more Camo patterns are available. Bummer, because, as a backpacker, I'm not willing to shoulder the extra weight.
