Good tarp at a great price - it's big but I use it when hanging in the "honey moon suite" mode.

It's also great for a one person winter/doors set up too.

I tried to get a small one but they sold out FAST!! Wound up with the 16 footer, hope it's not too big!

Super deal though, I just priced it out on the Kelty website and it would be $85.00 so it was definitely a steal at 39.99!

Debi, I have the 12 and it is huge. I set it up in 'winter' mode and glad I had the bigger size. Yours will like a 3 bedroom condo! Enjoy.

That's the one I got and I think it was from them. As UncleMJM stated, great for a winter w/door setup.

Just curious... is it the placement of the tie outs that makes this tarp so popular? Arent there other 12x12 tarps that could be used in the same way?
