Just got back from a four day three night camping trip on the Chattooga river in South Carolina. I drove up on sunday during the snow storm that hit the southeast this past weekend and it was my first real cold weather experience in a hammock. The trip included some nights in the teens and some wind gust that made me understand why people say tornados sound like frieght trains. It was an awesome time and I learned some really good knowledge when it come to camping it cold weather. I am headed back to the same area (but a section I have not been it) in two or three weeks and I can't wait!
I'll post up some pics and maybe a vid tomorrow (might take a bit longer for the video.
