    ive used the steel ones from home depot. a little heavy, but it'll get u out there.

    I used the Sling Rings for a long time before going to whoopies @200#. No problems with them at all.
    My knife is so sharp it cut the sixth finger off my right hand! On the plus side, Inigo Montoya no longer hunts me.

    another option for us in the UK

    Do you know of these rap rings from Needlesports? They're over here on our side of the pond. They look good quality: cheaper and stronger than the slingrings.

    Those Omegas are excellent quality, a good diameter, but extremely thick. With that thickness comes extra weight, but if they are your only option they will work splendidly.
