Big Mamajamba vs. MC Delux Spinn tarps

The Warbonnet Big Mamajamba (WBBM) arrived today!
Posted below are some photos. One comparing the shape & size of the WMBM to the MaCat Delux Spinn(MCD). The additional coverage comes at ~16gm weight gain for those counting grams.
The Spinntex material seems to be similar except for the color. WBBM is more grey. MCD is blue-grey fading with time to a subtler grey-blue.
Breezy autumn day with gusts breaking +30mph. Pitched as pictured there was slight bulging inward on the windward side and outward on the lee side when a gust blew in. Overall nice stable pitch considering the 15-30mph winds.

Grat pix I have a BWWD with sinilar dimensions of mamba and am waiting for my mc cat delux spin to come so its great to see the coverage difference enjoy yoyr new tarp

Could post larger image, but the quality would be even poorer. Low resolution, low light (maxed out at ISO400, ancient digicam) and wind shake.

Great pictures. I've been wanting to see a comparison of the two. I've been interested in both and don't know which one I'd want in the future(when I get the cash) I've always leaned more toward the maccat but knowing now the bmj only weighs grams more for more coverage its a tough call.

I'm curious to know which one you'd prefer if you could only have one. Is one made better than the other? Does one pitch more taut?
