Take a looky-see at my new light spinn tarp from WarbonnetGuy. Whoooooo Buddy!
The Big MamaJamba in Spinn has an 11' ridgeline and is 9 3/4' wide. I had the side pull-outs added. All that for 11 ounces.
Also got the add on door kit. 4 2 ounce doors made from Silnylon that can be added for many options.
Sweet!!!!!!
*Close ups of the tarp
*Listen to the "sound" of spinn vrs silnylon.
*Door set up in detail.
*Listen to tarp sounds in the hard rain.
*Gilber McGlomm shows off the new 1.3oz blaze orange BlackRockGear Down Hat with a Silnylon Shell, Momentum Liner.
I made and edited this video yesterday like a man possessed. Always fun playing with tarpage........
Reviews and Looky-sees are so much more arduous than videoing a trip or a hang.
I'm pretty happy with this one..... some subtle new camera move. Good move should not even be noticed.
The Spinn Tarp is gonna be fun to get out to the Piney Woods.
Still cannot believe how light it is!
Many thanks to my friends at HammockForums.net and to all you YouTuber that take the time to watch my wee productions.
All secure in sector seven,

Very nice review, Shug!
CROM! That wouldn't be a Conan The Barbarian sword, would it?
Where can one buy a CD of your songs? Perfect hiking music
As always Shug, man ooooooohhhhhhh man do I love listening to some Shug picking on the mandolin brings a to my face each time I hear that sweet sound of Shug playing some blue grass. And the review of the tarp wasent all that bad either . But very informative and great comparison of Spin vs Sil. I wonder why OES Mc Cat delux is only .8 oz less (10.2 oz.) then the Mamba Jamba (with out door kit think you said it was 11 oz.). The Mc Cat Delux appears to look much smaller then the Mamba, and theories on why the weight difference isent any more then an oz?
Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.
Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.
Very nice review, Shug!

Maybe the edging on the OES adds a little weight.....

Thanks great video as usual, love the sound comparison.
I had it on a trip last week and I swear it got quieter. But still is crinkly putting it up and taking it out.
Pitches a wee different. Also when the wind hits it it is a different tone ... just takes some getting used to.
Dry in the rain though on the inside.......
