Thanks for the shout outs. I kinda feel like the kid in school that is not sure if the cool kids are complimenting them or making fun

HF rocks when it comes to innovation and the free flow of ideas for new products or improvements on existing projects. I am just glad I can contribute a little bit if it helps someone decides to try the diy route.

That comes later, after we check out your gear in person.

    Please! Feel very complimented!

Below is a pic of the end of the diy bridge hammock showing the pattern shape to make the end caps.

This is from 2sticks "snakeskin" bridge that we use when we want to lighten up. It is single layer with a narrow foot end. It packs smaller and is easier to put under the same tarp with me. Below are some pics from a previous trip.

Ok, that makes a bunch more sense. For some reason I pictured it with the curve going inward.

The videos are great. I think I'll wait until my step-daughter is around & re-watch them. Hopefully she'll get interested

Most impressive, TwoSticks! I love the gear.

Any more pics of the pack? I've been contemplating a G4-type pack, but this looks far more flexible...

Thankyou for the pic It shows a lot I couldn't see how far out it would curve but now I do thanks. I also like two sticks video reviews of the gear. Totally awesome!

Sorry for the delay in replying. I have been hiking for a few days. The arc should start at the edge of the suspension on each side. Not quite following the diagrams but the 4th one over is what the fabric pattern should look like when finished. Look at the pic a few post up to see an example

Hangnout, thanks for the video. Love the way you've done the bridge. I'll have to go back and watch it again to pick up more of the details. Looks like you and Two Sticks are good to go.
