    I am divided on those- no need for a sled thing here in TX, maybe it snows once a year if we are lucky, and nobody goes out camping when it does, as no one here (except transplanted Northerners) knows how to drive on slush/sleet/ snow /iced roads..
    and the chances of my going north to camp in snow time are indistinguishable from zero..

    but it looks like such a cool toy...

    plastic sleds run fine on sand. I used to use one when the family went to the beach for the day. You may have a hard time finding one in Tx.
