    Change lines on HH

I recently acquired a HH Expedition A-sym zip. It is one the scouts used at the National Jamboree. Got it at an excellent price and new before it arrived I would want to change out the lines for whoopies. I have made these for my Clark so I know how to make them, thanks so much to you guys who put this stuff out here for us to learn and have fun. I love the whoopies. I am attaching a picture of the hammock ends and as you can see one of the lines are allmost cut through so I have to change them. What I am not sure about is how to change the lines on the HH. As you can see in the picture the ends have a cover over them with some kind of rivet to discourage one from tampering with it. I have been searching and my search skills are not that great so can someone please show me how to change out the stock lines. I am just a little afraid of taking it apart without knowing for sure what is under that cover.

there should be a zip tie holding the cover on. Just cut the tie(carefully) and pull the cover off. Follow the instructions in the link, and...

    ....There you go!

I just swapped whoopies on mine last night.

I was in the middle of changing my suspension to whoopies and found that my Asym ultr light backpckr had only one molten hole in the gathered end. Originally, I didn't think I had enough room to whip at least twice and then thread through the hole to leave enough room on the whoopie for the adjustable leg.

I posted pictures on the above thread to illustrate how I whipped and threaded whoopie.

Ok, I admit I am pretty dumb. The videos were right there. I was just kind of worried about taking off that cover and not knowing what was under it. HH have a strange end but: I have got one side done and getting ready to do the other side.

Thank You all who take the time for these "How To" pictures and videos.
