Those bottom entry ones are just weird!! This past week I was out backpacking on the AT and I'd set up my Clark when a couple more people came into the camp site. One of the guys had a hennessy bottom entry and the only decent trees left included needing to share one of my trees, which I didn't mind at all. But the next morning, I'm up when he finally wakes up and sticks out one leg. Gotta say, that sure is a funny looking thing to see one leg just come through the bottom of a hammock!!!
Well got my hh exploer today, now I need the shake skins now
and maybe the hex tarp, **** i have a lot of money in this hammock stuff
Who did you order it through? On the HH website, the throw in the snakeskins for free and you can upgrade to the hex at no cost for the explorer. They just swap it out for the stock fly.

If you are going to add the SS or an UQ to it you wont use the snake skin, unless you hang the rain fly seperately and use the snake skin on it.
Boy, I wish I'd known that before I purchased my Ex from the outfitters.
