Hello, i just joined the other day. I'm from Williamsport, PA. Got the e-mail this morning that my Blackbird and Superfly are in the mail.
I had an Army surplus hammock and poncho about 15 years ago, someone destroyed/slashed the fabric and stole my ropes while i was oot and aboot, never replaced until now and i can't wait.
Anywho, thought i would introduce myself.

Welcome to HF. Great piece of country up there. Love the West Rim, Old Loggers Path and Loyalsock Trails, not to mention the Pine Creek, all particularly in the fall. Enjoy the adventure hammocking. I'm sure you'll find that.....any day above ground is a good day!!

Another invite to the MAHHA, Oct. 15-17. Here's the directions. It's at Gathland State Park, MD, the hang site is on the AT -- a great place for a hang. We've been doing it for a few years now and it just keeps getting better and better.
