I would say that that WM bag SHOULD pack down even smaller than the Incubator since it is a 32° bag with only 8-10oz of goose down. I suppose a summer or even 3 season burrow would pack down smaller than a winter Incubator too.... They all have 900 fill.
Of course, until they find that holy grail of synthetic insulation, goose down will always pack down smaller. That New River is a great synthetic quilt that will function better under wetter conditions and will be a little nicer on the wallet. It weights a little more and packs a little larger but hey, you cant have pros without cons.
