    As an asthma/allergy sufferer, I'd still be worried about what the mold is doing below the surface of the material... Some molds are pretty nasty on the lungs/sinuses. I might go a little heavy with the vinegar in the wash. Good luck!

    Well, I am happy to report that, after vinegar, sun, washing, and more sun, it seems I have killed the mold. I want to thank everyone for their suggestions here. I managed to save a good bag, through everyone's great suggestions. Thank you all!
